Why do you not offer stand-alone consultations?

As changes in nutritional and lifestyle takes time, we find that packages best support clients and maximise their opportunity to achieve their desired outcomes. Stand-alone follow up consultations are available for clients who have completed their package sessions.

Are nutritional therapy sessions covered by private health insurance?

It would be advisable for you to check with your insurance provider as we do not currently liaise with them.

Do you operate a cancellation policy?

Unless rescheduled, cancelled appointments made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. If an appointment is not attended, a 100% fee will be charged. If an appointment is cancelled by Nutri Assist Ltd with less than 24 hours notice, a reduction of 50% will be made for your next appointment. Rescheduled sessions will be mutually agreed between you and Nutri Assist Ltd.
