I break things down in a simple, practical way e.g. what you eat and how you sleep can impact your energy, cravings and mood. I use evidence-based nutritional science and tailor it to what works best for you.
For people who have food intolerances, food allergies and digestive issues, it can be difficult knowing what to eat. It’s easy to start feeling anxious about food or avoiding certain things altogether. I help people become more aware of what they’re eating and how it might be linked to how they feel. From there, we look at ways to manage symptoms and support gut healing in a way that feels achievable.
My aim is not to overwhelm anyone — I’m here to help people feel more confident in making small, realistic changes to how they eat and live. I recognise that everyone's starting point is different and adjust my guidance accordingly. I love working with people who are ready to take charge of their health. I create a space where they feel comfortable opening up about their concerns and goals, and I support them every step of the way. If needed, I can also recommend lab tests (both conventional and functional) to investigate potential root causes and provide more targeted support.
